Bateman's has been our family's choice for years. Unfortunately this November we needed them for our beloved Mother's services. We were assigned a young Director named Joni. She was absolute perfection. She gently and compassionately guided us through each and every decision we had to make, explaining every option in detail and addressing each and every question and concern immediately. The service was beautiful, meaningful and everything our Mother would have wanted it to be. When we went to witness the actual burial at Willamette National, Joni brought our Mother there and witnessed it with us. She was able to bring a smile to our faces by showing us that she wore ""Hello Kitty"" socks to honor our Mother, who adored and collected Hello Kitty items. In return for her kindness and attention to detail we gave her a couple of the Hello Kitties from our Mother's collection to remember our family by. Everyone at Bateman's - most especially Joni - was welcoming, kind, patient and attentive. There was never any pressure to upgrade or purchase more than we wanted or needed to make everything right. This painful time was made so much easier for us because of their personal attention to details. We will continue to use them to assist us with future needs, and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs tender treatment at a difficult time. The Baughman Family
