My bimonthly service has been terrific. My technician, Skip, is extremely nice and helpful. I live behind an open field, and Skip always leaves a note for me on my invoice regarding rodent activity after checking the bait station that is in my yard.
Recently, I had a problems with ants in my shower and later rats in my yard and possibly in my attic. For both of these problems, Skip made several special trips to my house to consult with me. He made a number of helpful suggestions about what I could do. He treated my shower for the ants and moved the bait station for the rats. So far, it seems as though both problem have been significantly diminished if not altogether eliminated. My problem with insects and rodents never seem to be a problem for Skip. He always has a smile and wishes me a great day. I am thankful for Skip's expertise and am reassured he is only a phone call away should I need him for any problems.
