I have been trying to find a way to put this into words, I am very disappointed. I was treated well by your service techs very nice so I am giving a star for customer service. I am very disappointed in the diagnostic test performed on the Accord after having my car towed to my mechanic the timing belt was not broken and didn't need to be replaced. There are too many things to list but I would hope your diagnostic test that cost 100.00 would have been more accurate. I saved money going to my mechanic. While I was there I had a head light replaced in my Ridgeline right after I had it replaced I lost both headlights. I took it to a local place that tested my fuses and they all worked. Come to find out the headlight was installed in correctly and broke inside the case causing both lights to stop working. This could have costed me as I couldn't find the problem and made an appt. for Honda Dealership to look at my electrical. Luck for me a family member decided to look at it one more time before I took it in to the dealership and found the broken bulb in my headlight. I am was looking for a look repair shop sorry I can't afford to repair or replace parts that I don't need. Very disappointed. more
