I am new to Cooks Tire and Tune, stepped in one day to ask a question and was impressed with their store and their attitude, so I thought I would give them a try on servicing my Jeep, which was due. They are very customer service minded, better than a lot of the agency's out there I have dealt with. They exceeded all of my expectations, for the exception of one. They were to call me back on one of my repairs and failed to do so, I had to call back to get the information I needed. For this I marked them down one Star. But I will right this off and will be returning to have more of my cars serviced at their shop.
