I called Hay's heating and air-conditioning after discovering that my heat was not working properly. I was able to make an appointment for a technician to come out within just a couple hours to my house. The technician called 20 minutes before arrival to make sure I was at home. When he showed up he had a smile on his face and a presentable clean uniform. He removed his shoes before entering my home. After investigating my system he gave me a couple options of replacing a part or replacing my system. Since I had an older system and was looking for a more environmentally friendly system he gave me three options of systems to choose from. He was very attentive to my request and needs for this new system and answered all of my questions there on the spot. I told him I needed to speak with my husband that night, he was very respectful of this decision and let me know that he would call me in the morning. The next morning he called just as he said he would and we were able to set up an appointment for that day to install my new system. The technician from Hay's heating and air-conditioning went through everything with me to make sure that I knew everything there was to know about my new system and how to work it.\r
Overall this was a great experience and I have recommended Hay's to my friends and family. Great job Hay's!
