They are con artist. Had a problem with my refrigerator water dispencer Scott came out and after checking a few things said it was the filter. I had just put a new filter in I said. He insisted it had to be the filter so I bought a new one which did not solve the problem. Now I am out 150.00 for two filters and a service charge. Scott then came back out and told me I needed to call a plumber because it was not the refrigerator. Called the plumber, and that was all fine. Another 50.00 now we are up to 200.00 , and the problem is still there. Finally called another guy who told me in fifteen minutes it was the filter head in the refrigerator, and it got fixed. Cost me another 221.00 . Thanks to Scott and his racket I am out of 421.00 Personally I hope to hell he gets his up and comings after seeing what others have said. Just wish I had seen the reviews first. That will never happen again. Courtesy my back side more like bend over so I can stick it to you.
