We met Randy Nagpal on our first visit to South Coast Subaru. He was very professional and graciously showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took us on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and even opened the hood to show my son the engine. After the drive we went into the offices and he showed us a video on the "eyesight" option the car had. The video was very informative and gave us a lot of additional information about the car. Randy handled himself in a very professional manner without being too pushy. We had just begun the process of finding a car for our son and the Subaru Imprezza was one of the cars on our list. We left the dealership continuing our search for a car. A few days later we came back and met with Randy again. We had decided on a color we liked, Randy found one for us and we negotiated a deal. We had a 530 BMW to trade in, Randy consulted with his boss and gave us a reasonable price on our trade and also the new vehicle.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru. The entire experience was pleasant from beginning to end and I feel that Randy played a big part in that. He seemed to really care that we find the right vehicle for our son.
