Overall this experience was just okay. The service guy was really good, he did what he needed to. We had to wait an hour for a part delivery after he diagnosed what was wrong with our water heater. I also had to deal with the water heater warranty, trying to get reimbursed for the part. The communication with the Abacus office was unclear about the true cost of the part versus the cost of the labor, and the pricing was a little higher than I expected. Other than that we would call Abacus again, they managed to do a good job for us despite all that.
