After reading lot of reviews, I decided to try Mainstream Electric. The work was good initially by a tech name, Dave. But later I was shocked to see response after install under warranty period. I sent so many text messages and left voice mails over past 2 months. He did not respond. Whenever I called he just hung up on me without talking. I did not know what to do. I check CSLB, License board and see that license is suspended. Then I happened to call 916 area tel.no. The owner Shane picked up and told me that Dave was fired. It is just scary to see tech personnel can really mess company reputation and its customers. I was disappointed to go through this. more
