Our heat pump suddenly stopped working during a cold night last week. I did quick research on 3 well known San Antonio companies before selecting Champion to make a service call. I almost never write reviews--good or bad--- but my overall experience with Champion was excellent ranging from the initial contact on the phone (very courteous and more important than many companies think), and the service technician (Shawn) who did an outstanding job of explaining the options and the best solution for a replacement heat pump for our house, to the installation team (Roland and Joe) who arrived very promptly, worked hard to make sure the new heat pump was up and running that day, explaining how to operate the new unit and taking care to protect the floors, etc. during the installation. The Champion team earned a 5 star rating based on my experience with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
