I picked up a car at Detroit Metro Airport Enterprise location. The shuttle was right there and it took less than 10 minutes for me to get my car once I arrived at the Enterprise lot. The representative that showed me the car told me that she had difficulty locating the unlock button for the doors - I was so glad she showed me where it was located because it was really not in a place I would have expected either! When I returned the car at the airport a week later I was running late and stressed out. To my delight the employees took care of everything and got me into the shuttle so quickly that I felt my stress slip away. They were sharp, quick and friendly. GREAT JOB enterprise.
