Very smooth rental process. Pickup area was a little confusing as booth didn't have anyone it when I first arrived. But overall a good experience. I accidentally got on a toll road in Tampa - the National policy is WAY better than Thrifty's. Thrifty charged a $25 fee plus the toll. National charges only $3.25 plus the toll.
