Before to last rent, I charged almost $80 usd just because I picked up the car one hour before, I very disappoint, the employe must advise before to do the contract... I could wait instead to pay $80 usd. \r
On my last rent the car was very nice but he had many hairs of pet and smelled a bit bad, my family felt very unpleasant allergy.\r
In general almost 90% of all the time that I been rented a car was a very good experience.\r
