Do Not take your pets here unless you want extra vet bills and unnecessary treatment.... We are so disappointed the high cost of unwarranted treatment as well as the unnecessary treatment that could have killed my dogs. They were given 200$ worth of unneeded immunizations during their boarding and we were charged for unrequested well-visits that had recently been performed at our actual vet. After meeting with the manager, we were reimbursed for the shots, and were given a discount for bathing . . . plus we got a lot of ""talk"" about how they plan to improve their handling of pets and office procedures. I am not satisfied with how the situation was handled, that my pets went through unnecessary treatment, that they could have been seriously harmed or killed, AND our bill that is still 70$ extra on top of it. There are far too many other facilities in the area to waste your time, money, and risk the well-being of your pets.
