Made reservations at Impastato's 1/11/15 for 8:00. Arrived at 7:50 there was about a 20 min. wait (so we were told) went to bar and ordered a drink and went to sit outside to wait for our table. People coming and going in and out of restaurant. 20 min passed still waiting to be seated. Again, we were told 10-15 min., continued to wait in lobby area. Everyone else was seated before us and they did not have a reservation. It felt like we were invisible, and continued to be ignored by the owner and the hostess. By 9:00 we decided that they really DO NOT have it together and could have cared less about us. We walked out and will never go back!! Too many other nice restaurants in this city to be treated like crap.
