A bunch of dumbasses!!! I called before I went down to the store to see if they could offer me the service I wanted on the phone I wanted, the man on the phone said ""Yes"". When I got down there he even checked the phone and the system said I could proceed with what I wanted. He got caught up with another customer though in the middle of helping me which nearly lost my business right there, but I let another woman there try to help me out. She checked the phone and said the service I wanted could NOT be added, and when we asked the first guy he was too busy getting his coat on to leave for the day and made it very clear he didn't care about what he told me on the phone. The only solution available was to buy a more expensive phone than the one I had that looked like something left over from the early 2000's AND put a more expensive plan on that phone. This was AFTER I had already paid for the service I had been led to believe I would receive in that same store. At that point I just told them I want to cancel the transaction, they said they couldn't do that!!! I explained to the lady that I had paid in cash, and since it was just a few minutes ago I was obviously well within the 15 day buyer remorse period. She got an attitude and so I told her she could either give me my money back or I would call the police from my wife's phone. She gave me the money back, the sad part is she was the manager. So I didn't have anyone to complain to so I'm putting my story on here, hoping it convinces people to stay away from that place. \r

By the way, I rarely ever put reviews online unless it was amazing service or terrible service. The last time I put any kind of review up was back around 2009. I wish I had some way to prove that to all the readers on here, but just trust me the fact that I'm here putting this review up says a whole lot.
