Jon and his team installed a new heater in my home recently. I've had several other companies out to try and fix the heater. I felt like they were all taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about the system, and they all tried to sell me expensive units. Jon tried a few inexpensive fixes and made sure I understood the system and had all the information I needed to make a decision whether to keep trying for repair or move forward with replacement. He didn't pressure me either way and seemed genuinely interested in me making the choice I would be happy with. Ultimately I chose replacement, and he helped me choose the right unit for my home, which ended up being one of the least expensive units. I never felt pressure to buy beyond my means or to get extras I didn't need. Every person I interacted with, on the phone and in person, was respectful and helpful. The service team moved my furniture carefully and swept up the floor on the way out so when they were finished it was like they had never been there - except the house was nice and warm on one of the coldest nights this year. Service was fast too. I called for service one day and had a new heater the next. I'm a new customer and now a loyal customer. Thanks Champion AC!
