I rented a ford focus 12/22-12/26, then went in to extend it on 12/26-12/31. I was not given the week-end rate. I end up paying > $800 for 10 days. I will never rent from enterprise again. The customer service is terrible. The car was terrible and the supervisor had very poor customer service skills.
