I recently purchased a car from Van Horn, the sales rep was great, he was responsive and helped me with a lot of questions and concerns. However, once it was time to sign on the dotted line it was just a cluster of a time. I had to go back several times, it seemed as if the upper management didn't have time for me and I was just a burden. I was promised a lot of "service" as well as follow up with my car and it has been 2 months and I have called 3 times without response. I feel as if once I signed I was no longer an obligation. Due to my experience I would never recommend this dealership. more
