My first oil change appointment was comming up and I made the appointment through the Blue Link (very easy) When I got there I was completely ignored by the two service advisors standing next to me (I didn't know that at the time). I stood next to an office that said service on it and a different person (the one that works in that office) immediately helped me out, got me situated and offered refreshments. The waiting are is very nice, they have little work cubbies for people to do their work. They also have wi-fi available.
