Roto-Rooter Plumbers March 13, 2014 - This was the 2nd call to the company within 1 week. The stoppage had been previously cleared, but apparently not completely cleared due to no fault of the first plumber who came out. Andy was the one who got our 2nd call (which by the way was under the warranty from the previous week. Andy was VERY professional and extremely helpful in determining that the problem was further into the pipes then what was previously thought. Even though his co-worker initially fixed the first problem, he found a second problem that was in conjunction with the first. Our plumbing problems have now been fixed, and we are having no issues whatsoever. Andy left the bathroom looking better then what it was before he arrived. We would definitely recommend using this company.
