while I do not like having to go thru a phone menu vs having a receptionist.. the rest of the dealership is to be commended in their personable attitudes.. your sales lady we bought our car from is on top of her game, remembers things about us discussed 2 yrs ago when the sale was made.. service, my seat is always as I left it, radio left alone - and I mention this because of past experience with other places .. and the car is always nice and clean when I get it back...
