Larry saved the day for me! My refrigerator and freezer went out and I tried first to use my service protection coverage that I've been paying for long enough to have paid for the appliance again. I could not get an appointment with them for 10 days! They told me to call a plumber first???? I called Larry because of great reviews I had read, and he was willing to come as soon as possible. He fixed everything within 24 hours, and it was obvious he already had a very busy schedule. He was very helpful, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. No more service protection agreements for me. I'll call Larry for repairs before I would consider anyone else. more
