As a small contractor I have recommended and used a few "big name" service companies and have had mediocre to poor service. When my personal AC unit was acting up I called John Waters and thought I would give them a chance.
From the initial phone call to finished service, I was very pleased. They were professional, prompt and very helpful. The service tech that came out and put my unit through some tests and quickly determined what the problem was and able to do the repair right then and there.
The second best thing was that he never tried to oversell and make the issue to be more then what it really was.
The price was more then competitive, in fact, I estimated what it would have cost to do it myself and the savings would have been minimal at best.
In conclusion, I will definitely be using John Waters, Inc for any future service and customer projects/referrals!
