BEWARE! This office is operated by very young, inexperienced people who work sloppily and quickly. They will not advise you to check the car for damage (include the roof!), and if you leave anything in the car when you return it, God help you. They will throw it out, rather than get it back to you. They are lazy, cavalier and pleasant. Don't be fooled by the pleasantness. You risk much. If you return your car to another office where they actually check for damage, you will be charged the insurance deductible for anything they (and you) missed and you will have an insurance claim against your record. Since they are not thorough, they will not have record of damage and will claim it to be your fault. This was my experience when I rented a van. There was a small dent on the roof I never saw. Now I'm supposed to pay for the repair. Registration papers and insurance papers that I left in the glove box were discarded. There is much to risk here - so BEWARE!
