This was the most terrible experience I ever had when renting a car. First, I didn't get the right car that I paid for. I requested a Nissan Altima and got a Chevy Cruz. Second, I waited nearly 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there and third, I waited an additional 30 minutes before my car was ready. It was a terrible experience I would never use Enterprise ever again.\r
