My car was totalled in July so I called enterprise, they picked me up, assured me my insurance would cover me and had me in a car in no time. \r
The car itself had an issue so they swapped it out, no questions asked. But I got an SUV, so after two days of gas guzzling, I requested a smaller car. They accommodate d with a Toyota Camry and it was a dream for the rest of my time. \r
Due to complications, not from enterprise, I had to rent another car for an additional month. The staff was awesome, they were accommodating and polite. And when my lease was over they even brought me to the dealership where I picked up my new vehicle...\r
