I agree with all of the other comments regarding their 'sneaky' way of getting people to come in and assume that they have free services vs. actually getting a discount off of an already very high price for services. It is a marketing plow, however, it is the buyers option to buy at the time of the hard sell with the sales consultant. Note that the upselling continues during receipt of services (""half price additional service if you buy it today during your first service""). The technicians are all paid on commissions, so they will sell you what you need and even what you don't need. If you are vulnerable about anything on your body, don't go in!\r

I chose to buy a service knowing that the hard sell was on and I will hold my review about the outcomes until after all services have been rendered. They said if the service doesn't work, they will do more for free, so we will see if that holds true. If it doesn't I will repost on all sites to ensure others don't get pulled into the ploy. To date, the technicians have been very friendly and personable during service work.
