This is the worst company I have ever dealt with..ever! Shawn, the owner, is rude, imcompetent and does not show up even close to the service call time. He has no concept of customer service so their blurb on their company means nothing. He said he would be 4 hours late to fix my leaking a/c and told me that if I had a brain or any common sense, I would turn it off so it doesn't leak through the roof! Absolutely DO NOT use this person. He is horrible. My home warranty company will be dropping him as well because of this.. so BE AWARE!!
