Tech showed up, didn't allow the unit to run for more than 15 minutes then said there was no problem! Less than 5 minutes after he charged me $80 and left it started leaking again. When I phoned the hotline back was told it would be another $80 for him to come back!
Been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks now with no result. Called 3 times, each time told the system was down or a manager has not approved the refund. This is unacceptable.
