I had 3 days with no electricity. I spoke to Beth about what was happening. She was able to send someone to inspect my panel the same day at the time specified. Met Chris and Jose, they checked the panel and were able to get almost all my lights on except for the dryer and oven. I am very grateful for the extra effort they put into getting my power on. Cody worked out billing for me and Jose returned to complete the job.
