I used American Choice Van Lines for a cross country move from San Francisco to NYC. The movers and customer service fell short of my expectations, unfortunately they suck when it really matters: getting your stuff to you.
We are still waiting on our belongings. Although they did estimate a window (understandable for such a big move) to deliver our goods, the window was pushed further and further out. I guess there is no incentive for them to actually deliver your belongings once they have your cash.
The owner is incredibly rude, and yelled at me on the phone, too - which didn't help at all. Very disappointed with American Choice. They made many excuses: weather, timing, cost, etc. The fact is, my family has no furniture and no belongings in our new house until they arrive with it.
I would not recommend them, and wish that I had read what people were saying here and elsewhere before I hired them.
