Started working with Van Horn Mazda a few days ago and inquired on the internet and had a very nice customer service internet person call back and follow up. Found the vehicle we were looking for and took a drive over from Fond du Lac. Found everything in order and everyone was very courteous, friendly and helpful.
We were introduced to Jeremy who pretty much took care of all of our needs. He went through the vehicle very nicely. He was very courteous and supportive of us and meeting our needs. Very good experience for us with no pressure and he always asked questions and listened to us. This was a fun experience as well because we were able to joke around with Jeremy.
