Absolute easy pleasure. Fine , decent , honest guy with his own business. He backed his truck up , went to work and talked about the health of my system, and how well it looked. It had been told to me by a different Company years ago about how fragile and weak my tank was. Mark tells the truth . I told him about a past pluggage , where I watched the Brain Drain guy snake from a smaller cap , near the big septic tank cap. Mark got his shovel out , dug up the intake baffle cap , and actually goy down on his belly , and with a gloved arm , he freed up the semi-blockage. no extra charge . just something he did , while the tank was being pumped. I can not endorse him more highly. I was nervous about getting rooked . No worries. total stand-up decent guy . Use him.. I'm thrilled and hope he's still working when I need to empty the tank again.
