Grasch Foods has laid off a number of full time employees who have been with the company for 20+ years and are replacing them with part time employees with limited hours. The owners have repeatedly said that they ""NEED MORE CUSTOMERS"" but have done nothing to acquire new and loyal customers to the business. Rather than advertising or trying something new Grasch Foods is intent on saving a buck by shafting the people who work for them.
