Awful Customer Service. Lee Hagan, owner, invited me to sit down. Thought that was nice until she did all the talking for 12 minutes straight. She didn't want to hear what I had to say. She already had her mind up that I was lucky that her mechanic didn't charge me more than he did. Owner has very poor communication skills. I was a good customer, supporting her business for a handful of years. It's unfortunate how my situation was approached and worse how it was delivered. Very unprofessional. Definetely lost my business and my respect. STAY AWAY!
