This is my first time to use Madison Automotive. While trying to change the oil myself, I rounded off the corners of the oil drain plug. They were able to remove the plug, install a new plug, and change the oil and filter. I'm happy that my error didn't cause a major repair bill. I told them I was concerned about the drive belt - they checked it and said it was OK. A dishonest shop would have just said it was bad and replaced it. I'm happy.
