Larry is wonderful, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and his pricing is fair. He was on time and went over and above what any other company would have done. He took my call for a repair on a Sunday and asked if I needed it fixed that day, I said no. Larry said I will call you tomorrow and set up a time. Well, I was on a call with a physicians office and could not switch the phone over. Larry tried a couple of times while I was on this call. Approximately 1pm on Monday, Larry was at my door, asking if I still needed my refrigerator fixed... NOW that is excellent customer service.
