First time user for Holloway Plumbing. Sandy, the dispatcher was very courteous and direct, called back immediately after leaving message. Called very early on day they were to show up to inform me they had to reschedule, so that I was waiting all day. Todd and Dale were very courteous, left my property clean, had all the tools and a new water heater in stock on their truck in case I went that route. They were on time, came in got the job done, made all the new upgrades look better. Very professional job.
