I was very disappointed with my last Rental. I had to repeat my address over six times before the agent got it correct, even then the driver had trouble finding me although my home is right at the street. I had reserved my car 24 hours previously, expecting reasonable service, but didn't get picked up 'til 0900, having called at 0801 and again at 0830. Both times I was told that someone was on the way to my home. There is far too much ambient chatter in this office and, it would appear, grossly insufficient management. more
