horrible experience made a reservation few days in advance showed up 30 minutes after res time,was told they hads no more cars left. when i called cust serv.they took my info and sais they would pass along to the reg mngr. got one call which i missed due to cell serv. called back 3 different times left mssgs,still havent heard back from the reg mngr.
