I brought my truck in to get a new fuel pump. The markup on the part was $200 compared to online and $100 compared to the local stores. However, it was Saturday afternoon and the local stores were out of stock so I needed to pay the markup in order to have my truck ready for work on Monday. I picked it up just before they closed that same day and drove straight home to pick up the family. After getting the kids ready we came out and saw one of the tires was completely deflated. They were closed for the rest of the weekend so I hooked up the spare, and left work early later the same week to get them to fix it. They tore the sidewall of the tire, I just wanted them to repair the damage they clearly caused, which in this case meant a new tire. They refused and acted like I was trying to hustle them or something. The markup on the part was over the top, but if I had time I could have got the part elsewhere. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a shop who refuses to repair damage they clearly caused. For all I know, they might have done the damage on purpose trying to get more money out of me. I will never be back and I recommend everyone else avoid them as well. more
