My intention was to get the driveway regraded, which to me meant digging up the gravel from below the surface, then smoothing it out, to remove the washouts and such. I thought they very well understood that, but apparently not. They finally showed up over three months after they said they would, after I contacted them.\r
All they did was to drag the blade of a couple skid steers backwards across the drive. They were here for a total of less than two hours, while I was present. They made no communication before they left, just packed up and went. When they finally billed me over four months later, I told them I was not satisfied with their work. The owner NEVER contacted me, but instead immediately contacted a lawyer and demanded payment. \r
The customer service with this place is pretty much nonexistent. If you want someone that is serious about doing a good job, look elsewhere.
