We would like everyone to know of such a great experience we had.
We had been away for a long HOT weekend and came home to no air conditioning. I am an acute asthmatic and remain indoors during extreme temperatures.
I immediately called Sobieski and was promised service in a couple of hours.
Our doorbell rang shortly but unfortunately we needed a replacement part which needed to be ordered. The tech was very considerate and much concerned to help due especially to my health issues.
We were hoping for next day repair but weren't sure. Early the next morning we received a call that a tech would arrive within a couple of hours. Thinking back, I think it was even less time.
What should have been just a quick replacement turned out to be a little more complicated.
Our tech was extremely concerned to get everything up and running .
He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very neat.
He got us up and running and with these hot inflated. Temps of recent, we are so appreciative.
Anyone should feel confident in knowing that customer concerns are the most important and I will always recommend SOBIESKI.
