I've been waiting 3 days for a technician to come to my home to fix my air conditioner. Every time I call I get a different excuse as to why someone is not coming out for an appointment I scheduled. Every time I call and am placed on hold I get angrier and angrier as I listen to the advertisement that says " you'll never wait around for a technician".... The management staff is not helpful in fact they are quite condescending. I don't know how the service was because I'm still waiting on the technician. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. RESPONSE FROM Sobieski Services, Inc.: Thank you, Ms. Wright, for expressing your concerns. We understand how frustrating it can be to have your appointment rescheduled; however, we also have a duty to protect both our customers and employees. Due to the recent storms that took place during your scheduled appointment times we had to make the necessary call to reschedule your appointments. It is highly dangerous to have our technicians working on any outdoor units during a storm, especially with lighting. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is a risk we are not willing to take. What this situation has brought to light is a need to train our employees on communicating to our customers the significant safety risks certain weather conditions may pose to our technicians, as well as the fact that we need to verify someone is at the home before we can dispatch our technicians, both of which may lead to rescheduling customer appointments. We are constantly working to improve our service to our customers and appreciate your feedback. more
