I had one of their tech out yesterday and asked the tech to clean my drain from my roof. Against their company policy but because there was no other way at the time to do it, their tech agreed. Snake wasn't long enough to really do the job but we tried. The tech was professional and courteous and I went up onto the roof to help and to make sure he was safe. So I called the company back later and scheduled another job with the proper equipment and it was scheduled for the next day between 11:00 and 1:00 pm and with the same tech. So today, after a time they could really make it on time, I got a call from Troy M. Troy M. called to let me know that I had been a bad boy for asking their guy to get on the roof and that is just something they don't allow.\r

Even if they sent a tech now, and I get from his Troy M.'s arrogant and rude attitude that he wasn't going to send anyone because the first tech and I had broken a rule the day before, the tech wouldn't get here on time and I would not be able to make it to another commitment I told them it was important I got to on time. Troy M. felt it was important to explain what I did wrong over three times. He treated me like I didn't have a kindergarten education. Gee, I wonder how he thought I figured out how to call them in the first place. \r

So the 1st job wasn't really done completely because they don't have proper equipment, so I was grateful for what they had done and was willing to pay for another service job with the request they bring the right equipment, but they wait to call me and teach me a lesson after it's too late for them to perform a 2nd service job, and they punish the tech and me by not sending him back out on the job. I guess they must think I'm a really bad influence on him and teach him how to swear.\r

These people are real proud of their Mormon standards and never work on Sunday, but they don't give a crap about how they treat their customers, Typical.
