My lower back pain started when I began doing Zumba. Soon the pain was radiating into my right leg. I went to my MD and he prescribed pain killers, muscle relaxants, and antiinflamatories. After two weeks, the pain was not going away. I then received eight weeks of Physical Therapy, which helped some. A friend told me about Dr. Clark. Dr. Clark worked out all of the scar tissue in my lower back and hips, and adjusted me to line up my back. He also put me in a low-back support band. After two weeks and four treatments, I was back in Zumba class.
