Heath 1st is the only chiropractic clinic I use. It's a clean and professional setting with a first rate owner/Doctor. The staff is extremely friendly and the office assistant, Anna, is a pleasure with which to talk. The greatest part about Health 1st (I've been going for several years now) is April McBride. She is my massage therapist and is a wonderful asset to the office. She is always sure to ask if there are any specific focus areas of the body before our sessions begin but is skilled and finely trained and experienced to detect other adjustments and additional care needed during the massage. She adjusts the session to my individual needs. This may include the use of biospectrum holistics.I leave relaxed, re-energized and pain free.
