Experience was great, pickup from the airport, clean nice van and car. All was well until I returned the car. I forgot my bag(which contained my iPad, kids Galaxy tabs and Beats) in the back seat for about 5 minutes while I was signing off on the paperwork. I go back to the car and my bag is gone. I ask the workers about it and they all say they didn't see a bag. I tell the workers I am sure I had it, the one guy says he checked it in himself and there was no bag. I tell them, I will check my hotel but I am 100% sure I had it here and I will be back. I get a call 5 minutes in to my cab ride that my bag had been ""found"" cost be 100 bucks in cab rides to head back and get it. I emailed Carl's with no response. This was there Orlando office.
