Our 2007 BMW x3 needed two expensive parts per a diagnostic done @ the dealership. They quoted $2,400. which we confronted Robert with @ GT Service Ctr. Robert contacted numerous suppliers over a two day period. He was able to locate, complete & insure all necessary repairs including software updates for $1,290! My only worry is that as time passes (we've known him since 2003) Robert is more likely to retire which will leave us w/o an honest upstanding mechanic. Thanks once again Robert, Bill & Dorene
